Hanoverian Capital is a certified woman owned and operated registered investment management firm which pursues a focused business model. The Firm only pursues one concentrated international market equity portfolio strategy for institutional clients. The founder and portfolio manager, Sandra Yeager, has over 20 years of experience in the international equity area at three major investment management firms and has honed a stock selection process which has worked well in a variety of market cycles. Hanoverian dedicates its efforts to its core competencies, which are careful stock selection, concentrated portfolio construction and appropriate risk management in the international equity arena. We believe these are the key elements to superior performance over the long-term. We also adamantly believe that the portfolio managers should be deeply involved in the research and should have a significant amount of their net worth invested alongside the client portfolio.
The Firm outsources much of its middle and back office functions to high quality, market leading service providers. As such, the Firm aims to be a smaller staff company, concentrated on front office activities: managing the portfolio and servicing the clients.
